Studio Manager / Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic allrounder to join the team in a growing top-level agency. Working across a variety of studio and resource management tasks.

In this role you will collaborate with the client service and creative teams to define project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements. Allocating resources effectively to meet project traffic demand and balancing workload across the creative team.

Your strong organisation skills will help you excel in this role, where you will be responsible for managing studio day to day operations, including ordering office supplies, booking meetings, keeping the office clean and tidy, curating files and project managing internal studio events, such as our upcoming office move. The successful candidate will be a team player, who can contribute to the office culture and get involved with planning team activities, awards submissions, and greeting/catering for client visitors.

This is an Auckland-based in-office role, and a valid drivers licence is required.
